Your overnight digital accessibility team
ExceedAbility is an Australian digital accessibility delivery partner. We audit, remediate and validate your websites, applications and documents to WCAG 2.2, ADA and Section 508 while your teams sleep, so progress is waiting for you each morning.
We work while the US sleeps
Sydney runs the better part of a day ahead of the United States. When your working day ends, ours is just beginning. Hand over a build or a backlog at close of business and our specialists pick it up in real time, so audits, fixes and validation land back with your team before your next stand-up.
Overnight turnaround
Brief us at the end of your day and review completed work the next morning. The time zone gap becomes an extra shift on your project, not a barrier.
Faster sprint cycles
Remediation and retesting happen outside your working hours, so accessibility stops blocking releases and starts moving with them.
Real overlap when it matters
For planning, walkthroughs and handovers we schedule live sessions in your morning, which is our evening, so collaboration stays human.
What we do
Independent, evidence-based accessibility delivery for government, enterprise and software teams.
WCAG 2.2 audits
Automated, manual and assistive-technology testing with severity-ranked findings mapped to specific success criteria.
VPAT and ACR
Accessibility Conformance Reports and VPATs against WCAG 2.2, Section 508 and EN 301 549 for procurement and sales.
Remediation
Hands-on fixes to your front end, components and documents, validated with real screen readers, keyboard and voice.
Document accessibility
PDF, Word and PowerPoint remediated to WCAG 2.2 AA and PDF/UA, including high-volume batches.
Training
Practical training for designers, developers, content teams and leadership, tailored to your stack.
Embedded specialists
Accessibility expertise embedded in your product teams to sustain conformance across releases.
The US standards we work to
We help you evidence conformance against the frameworks your buyers, regulators and legal teams reference.
ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act)
Courts and the Department of Justice treat WCAG as the practical benchmark for accessible websites and apps. The 2024 DOJ rule under Title II sets WCAG 2.1 Level AA for state and local government digital services, with compliance dates in 2026 and 2027 by entity size.
Section 508
Federal agencies and their suppliers must meet Section 508, which incorporates WCAG 2.0 Level AA through the Revised 508 Standards. We produce the conformance evidence and VPATs that federal procurement expects.
WCAG 2.2 Level AA
The current Web Content Accessibility Guidelines are the foundation under every US requirement. We test and remediate to 2.2 AA so you are ready for current and incoming obligations.
State and sector requirements
State laws and sector rules, from California to education and finance, increasingly reference WCAG. Our evidence is built to hold up under scrutiny, not just pass an automated scan.
Why teams work with us across the gap
Time on your side
The time difference adds productive hours to your week instead of slowing you down.
Independent evidence
Conformance reports produced by a party with no interest in passing carry weight in procurement and legal review.
Tested with real assistive technology
Screen readers, keyboard and voice, not automated tools alone. Most WCAG failures only surface through expert manual testing.
Delivery, not just advice
We remediate and validate, so issues are resolved and evidenced, not just listed in a report.
Put the time difference to work
Tell us what you are shipping and where accessibility stands. We will map the fastest credible path to WCAG 2.2, ADA and Section 508, and how we deliver it around your clock.
